Job Summary:

As a Cardiology Nurse in our 32-bed progressive-care CCU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care with a variety of heart-related conditions. We are a Level I Tertiary care hospital, providing care with state-of-the-art technology. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care. Our Cardiology RNs provide care for patients with structural heart problems, coronary stents, arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, ST-Elevation MI's and non-ST-Elevation MI's.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education to patients and families on cardiovascular disease management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  Requirements:
  
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in progressive care or intensive care unit
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
