Job Description:

Program Overview: As a Registered Nurse in our Skilled Nursing Program, you will play a vital role in supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early childhood years. Our team focuses on prevention and early intervention, collaborating with community service providers to identify and address developmental challenges and/or psycho-social concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Provide individualized self-care and parenting assessment, education, and support to families.
--- Offer childbirth preparation and lactation support to pregnant and postpartum women.
--- Provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum women with higher risk pregnancies and children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis.

Requirements:
--- One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience and one to two years of child health nursing experience.
--- Human services experience and previous home care parental/child health nursing experience are desired but not required.
--- Central line experience is required.

On-Call: Rotating weekends and holidays, with a rotating schedule every 5 weeks. We offer a $10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time external applicants and prorated for part-time roles. Join our long-standing team dedicated to our patients and their families.
