Unit Description: As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team at The University of Vermont Health Network, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness. This 45-bed Level I Trauma Center offers the highest quality of care to patients across Vermont and Northern New York. You will work closely with Physicians, Fellows/Residents, RNs, MHTs, and ED Techs to deliver exceptional patient care. This role is part of a dynamic team that requires collaboration and teamwork. You will have opportunities to train as a Charge RN and precept new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
