Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pipeline US-Based Job Search
Strategist/Career Coach--Part-Time (West Coast/remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve
goals
Guide employees through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advise on career development, transition issues, and job search
strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in job search strategy/career
coaching
Currently resides in the Pacific Time Zone with knowledge of local
job searching
Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges is
a plus
High-speed internet connection and personal computer required for
remote work
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
