• 4x10s, AM shift - No set day off - Every 6th weekend - No major holidays3+ yrs Med surg experience required - BSN required -
• Preferred: 5+ yrs UM/CM, EPIC, CCM
• Manage 18-22 pts - InterQual, LOS, discharge planningACTIVE MASSACHUSETTS LICENSE -REQUIRED -Pay rate: $65 per hour (Weekly gross- $2600) -Breakdown: Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $65/ Hourly ($2600 / Weekly for 40 Hours)

  • Non-Taxable: $1,800
  • Overtime rate: $87.75Parking reimbursement every month - $250 -Req Exp: 3yrs; extensive background & knowledge of current MS patterns of practice & acute inpatient care Methods for assessing physical/mental impairment, understanding the characteristics of illness & expected tx. Knowledge of benefits, plan contracts, eligibility issues & requirements -
    • Pref Exp: 5+yr exp w/UM & CM, EPIC
    • Req Certs: BSN, Pref certs: CCM or related certDept Details: Utilizing a collaborative process, the CM will assess, plan, implement, monitor & evaluate the options/services required to meet a pt's health needs, using good communication & available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes to 18-22 pts on the Menino Campus. The CM will meet pt needs, manage the LOS & promote efficient utilization of resources. Determines medical necessity & appropriateness of admission w/InterQual screening & input list from Medicare. -Contract details: 13 weeks of Contract [Possible Extension]SHIFT DETAILS: DAM - 10hr 40hr Days, 4X10-hour shiftsNo onboarding costs.
