Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements for HNWI, Gift, and/or Trust & Estates.4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tax return preparation and review.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.9.
