Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Resource
Planning, responsible for short-range forecasting and resource
management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement analytics and modeling tools for resource
management and capacity planning
Partner with stakeholders to enhance capacity planning processes
and operational efficiency
Oversee budget planning and identify business opportunities related
to capacity and continuity planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Management, or
a related field
8+ years of experience in Capacity Planning, Workforce Management,
or Operations Analytics
5+ years of leadership and management experience
Expertise in Workforce Management tools such as Verint WFM or
NICE/IEX
Proven expertise in capacity planning and operational financial
planning
