Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team
in acquiring mortgage loans and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive team success in meeting acquisition targets and delivering
excellent customer experiences
Develop a high-performing sales culture through coaching and
accountability
Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze results and improve
systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mortgage sales focused on acquiring
purchase business from agent relationships
1+ years of direct sales management experience in the mortgage
industry
Strong understanding of Conventional, VA, and FHA loans, with
additional experience in Non-QM and Jumbo loans preferred
Proven track record in quota-driven roles with strong coaching
skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to change
