Basement Systems is seeking experienced sales representatives to
meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads with
the goal of helping customers protect their properties from water
damage, foundation issues, and more. This is a sales opportunity

- Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated
leads
- Build rapport with the customer and determine desired
outcomes
- Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose
the issues
- Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will
resolve such issues
- Write proposals for each customer account, including
photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job
worksheets
- Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for
scheduling of projects
- Meet or exceed sales goalsWhat We Need for this Role
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, required
- Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or
construction/home improvement industries is a plus, but not
required
- Being able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace
underneath a house
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
