Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead - Sales Development
(English Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve
monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
Maintain positive relationships with Account Executives and conduct
weekly team meetings
Conduct one-on-one meetings with representatives to enhance their
sales skills and performance
Required Qualifications
Advanced or fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Prior experience managing a customer-facing team
Solid experience in business development and opportunity
qualification
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
Experience with Salesforce.com and adherence to KPI metrics
