Manager, Site Start Up - Contract - Boston, MAWe are on the hunt for bold, innovative thinkers who are ready to help push the boundaries of science and make a tangible difference in the world.Proclinical is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Manager, Site Start Up.Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and management of site information within the CTMS system, focusing on institution details, personnel, and tasks related to site activation.
• Act as the primary contact for managing the Investigator and Institution Global Directory.
• Distribute Site Administrative Binders during site initiation.Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in clinical operations, particularly in site start-up processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CTMS systems and industry regulations.Additional Responsibilities:
    • Capture and manage investigator/institution data within the CTMS system.
    • Reconcile unique identifiers to meet sponsor and industry requirements.
    • Track and report on site creation and selection status.
    • Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and sponsor requirements for essential documents.
    • Track site initiation and activation status, registering documents in the Trial Master File.
    • Monitor site training documentation for compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
