destiny.Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and
detail-oriented Financial System Analyst to join our growing Global
Technology Systems (GTS) team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for supporting and enhancing our financial technology
stack, with a focus on NetSuite (ERP) and Coupa (Procure-to-Pay),
as well as other integrated finance systems. You will collaborate
closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure optimal system
performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency in a high-growth
subscription services, multi-subsidiary, and multi-currency
environment. This is a key hands-on role that bridges finance
operations and technology-ideal for someone who enjoys solving
problems, improving workflows, and supporting end users across
multiple platforms.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the financial systems administration
team, ensuring system health, user support, and operational
continuity.
- Support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and
troubleshooting of financial systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and
deliver effective solutions.
- Assist with system enhancements, implementations, and
upgrades.
- Support integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, and other tools
(e.g., expense systems, banks, data warehouses).
- Develop saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to
support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain system security, roles, permissions, and user access
controls.
- Document key processes, configurations, and system
changes.Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or Coupa.
- Understanding of core financial processes (Procure-to-Pay,
Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash).
- Familiarity with GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial
reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
- NetSuite / Coupa certification is a plus (Administrator, ERP
Consultant, etc.).
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk is a
plus.Physical Requirements:

geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum
and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US
locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined
by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills,
relevant experience, education or training, and work location.In
addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include
participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable
compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity,
sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and
