Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Executive Resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer service issues from high-priority service channels
and serve as the primary point of contact
De-escalate negative interactions by providing outstanding customer
service and empathy
Coordinate resolution with care teams and manage multiple patient
interactions simultaneously
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree
preferred
2-3 years of experience with social media management tools
preferred
Patient-facing experience preferred
Spanish speaking candidates preferred
Computer proficiency, including Google Docs, Sheets, and social
media tools/platforms
