CRW Corp. is seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair various types of trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience working with diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and provide effective repair solutions. Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems. Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work with other mechanics and service advisors to ensure timely repairs. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical school training is a plus. Proven experience as a truck mechanic, diesel mechanic, or related field. Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics. Familiarity with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred. Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in various conditions.
