Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Posting Supervisor -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support team leads and payment posting associates,
ensuring productivity and accuracy
Create and maintain reports for management, incorporating data into
performance reviews and bonus calculations
Provide training and ongoing education for staff while addressing
personnel issues and resolving payment variances
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a
business or health-related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an anesthesia or clinical pain
setting preferred
Three to five years of prior supervisory experience in medical
billing and collections preferred
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of patient accounting
systems
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
