Volt is immediately hiring a Assembler in Foxborough, MA United States

As an Assembler - you will be responsible for.
Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.

Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.

Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.

Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.

Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.


What qualifications will make you successful?

High School Diploma/GED required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.

Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.

Required to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and bend at times.

Communicate, write, and speak effectively in English

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred



Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday 10hr. days with option to start at 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, 6:30AM
Location: Foxborough, MA
Duration: 12+ Months contract
Pay: $20.00/hr. to $22.00/hr.
