Job Description:
A company is looking for a PPS Coordinator/Documentation
Specialist for a part-time day shift in inpatient rehab.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patient charts for correct coding and communicate with a
multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans
Collect, enter, and analyze clinical data to ensure compliance with
Medicare Prospective Payment System requirements
Audit charts and monitor clinical documentation to ensure
compliance with federal/state guidelines and quality improvement
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a case manager in inpatient
rehabilitation preferred
Licensure in their discipline required
