Job Description:

Plan and oversee daily operations to ensure safe and efficient production.
Provide leadership, training, and motivation to team members to maximize productivity.
Manage employee schedules and workforce allocation to optimize machining completion.
Evaluate employee performance, implement performance improvement plans, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
Assist in developing and maintaining work instructions for Flow-forming processes.
Identify and address process inefficiencies, implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
Lead improvement events using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
Develop a strong safety culture, addressing hazards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery (OTD).

4+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a machine shop environment.
Expertise in lathe operations, metallurgy, and metal forming.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
