Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Success Coordinator to ensure
the academic success and graduation of students.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain trusted relationships with students
Provide ongoing guidance to at-risk students facing academic or
personal challenges
Track student persistence and document interactions while ensuring
policy compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of related experience in academic advising, coaching, or
counseling preferred
Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
may be considered
