Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and expertise in advanced
microelectronics packaging technologies
Assess performance of packaging providers and technologies against
defense needs
Develop roadmaps, business models, and technology models for
improved collaboration and access
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience with microelectronics packaging
substrates
5+ years of experience in design and analysis of electronic
packaging failure modes
Experience with packaging structural, thermal, materials, or
modeling toolkits
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
