About the Role
As a CBRE Meeting and Events Conference Center Lead, you will be
responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and day-of
execution of meetings, conferences, and events.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are
responsible for providing world-class customer service to the
clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You'll Do
Lead the organization of all meeting logistics and arrangements in
the Conference Center and training rooms.
Coordinate coverage schedules based on meeting and event needs and
lead the daily operation and upkeep of the event spaces.
Coordinate set up, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and
service items. Ensure smooth operations. Work with management to
communicate department goals.
Confirm pre-event setup is complete. This includes a review of
space configurations, and audio/visual requirements are complete.
Verify decor is in alignment with the client's vision.
Follow up with clients pre- and post-event to confirm happiness.
Review post-event reporting and reconciliation with management and
recap results with the team.
Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
Accountable for the execution of SLAs, KPIs, benchmarks, and
reoccurring reports.
Approve head meeting and events calendar for event spaces.
Order event supplies as needed.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve sophisticated
problems that arise. Recommend new techniques.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve
the efficiency of the team.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related
experience.
Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This
includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be
able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures,
systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and sophisticated
content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive
mentality.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as
percentages, discounts, and markups.

compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Meetings & Events -
Conference Center Lead position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum
salary for the Meetings & Events - Conference Center Lead position
is $35.22 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the

Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
