Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analytics Leader to drive insights
and business impact through analytics and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data and analytics strategy aligned with
business objectives
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable
insights to stakeholders
Establish data governance policies and collaborate with IT teams to
ensure data quality and accessibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline;
advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods
(CPG) industry in a marketing or market research role
Strong knowledge of syndicated POS data sources (IRI/Circana &
Nielsen)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate strategic
insights from data
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
