Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Specialist
to manage relationships with strategic accounts and provide
exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and address the needs of strategic accounts while
providing comprehensive customer service
Maintain communication with internal and external customers to
resolve issues and ensure accurate order delivery
Generate reports and assist in training new associates on customer
service procedures
Required Qualifications
Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Word and Outlook
At least 2 years of related experience or a bachelor's degree;
veterinary clinic experience is desirable
Proven experience in a customer service role
Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate critical and
analytical thinking
Initiative and willingness to learn and participate in team
projects
