Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Research
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Plans and conducts user research activities and translates findings
into actionable customer insights
Contributes to the product development process by identifying
customer needs and gathering feedback
Leads design thinking workshops and creates research roadmaps for
product development teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Human Factors, HCI, Information Design, or related
field with 5+ years of UX Research experience or Master's with 3+
years
Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability
studies and customer research interviews
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
