Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Coordinator to provide
recruitment support and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans for generating hourly candidate flow based
on staffing needs
Schedule group interviews and manage the onboarding process for
candidates
Maintain job postings and ensure compliance with recruitment
processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of high-volume hourly recruitment experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
searches
