Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Initiative Leader (Hybrid
or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive complex, cross-team initiatives using Agile
methodologies to ensure successful delivery of IT programs
Coordinate efforts across multiple Scrum teams, managing
dependencies and ensuring alignment on priorities and
deliverables
Define the technical roadmap and establish governance frameworks to
ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 8 years
equivalent work experience
8+ years of related job experience, particularly in large and
complex system implementation programs
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile
methodologies, and Change Management
Proven experience in partnering with architects and technology
leads
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
