Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Implementation Specialist for
Emerging Services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial discovery of client needs and complete Gap Analysis
for system setup requirements
Collaborate with clients and vendors to establish implementation
plans and manage client business requirements
Provide ongoing support post-implementation, addressing issues and
facilitating feature adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, systems, or related
field, or equivalent experience
Five years of related experience in the lending industry with
knowledge of lending regulations
Experience in loan origination system (LOS) conversions from
agreement signing through user acceptance
Three years of client-facing project support experience
Overall understanding of Project Management methodologies and
proficiency in Microsoft applications
