Job Title: Administrative Support

Location: Worcester, MA, 01606

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $19.81/hr.

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Area Director and/or Area Management Team.
• Create, type, and/or prepare correspondence and/or reports as needed;
• Maintain case archive process for the area office, including records management, archive submissions, and archive requests.
• Track the data drive information used in case assignments and personnel management.
• Ability to understand and apply the laws, rules, policies, and procedures governing assigned unit activities; Ability to follow written and oral instruction
