Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Recovery Call Center Agent
to assist individuals affected by natural disasters.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a bilingual queue to assist those in
immediate need
Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while demonstrating
empathy and compassion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
MUST BE BILINGUAL SPEAKING FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Reside and legally able to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Must be able to start immediately
Availability to work at least 20 hours a week, including
weekends
