Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Help manage the corporate governance of multiple entities
Review and analyze routine and complex contracts including NDAs,
SOWs, and licensing agreements
Provide legal advice on contract risks, compliance, and dispute
resolution
Required Qualifications
Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal services and
advice
Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and
needs
Admission to the practice of law in Virginia or eligibility for
corporate counsel admission in Virginia
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience interacting with others at all levels of the
organization
