funding.The RoleWe're looking to add an Associate IT Operations
Systems Administrator to our growing Boston office. You will be
part of a scaling international IT Operations team split between
the US and the UK. The team is responsible for delivering a secure
and resilient end-user estate for a workforce that stretches from
the US to the Middle East.This role has a working schedule of
9:00am - 5:30pm EST and requires two days per week onsite at our
Boston office, located downtown in the Copley/Back Bay Area.What
You'll Do
- Triage and work incoming tickets within Jira Service
Management
- Troubleshoot and fix/repair laptop hardware/software
issues
- Help current and new internal users navigate a variety of tools
& SaaS applications used by Immersive Labs
- Collaborate and enhance internal documentation
- Lead new employee onboarding in the US
- Build and deploy new joiner devices (Mac and Windows OS)
- Setup, operate and maintain sound and video equipment for use
at live events, such as meetings, business events/conventions, and
webinars
- Research and deploy relevant new technologiesWho You Are
- Experience with cloud-based management systems such as Google
Workspace, Automox, and Jamf Pro.
- Strong understanding of MacOS, iOS, and Windows. Some knowledge
of Linux and WSL is a plus.
- Experience managing users in Onelogin or similar cloud-based
identity and access management platform.
- Experience with Office 365.
- You have a strong understanding of SaaS applications and
troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Willingness to spend time helping users understand the best use
of available tools and end-user training.
- You have a learning mindset with a willingness to embrace
change, work through challenges, and seek new opportunities to grow
personally and professionally.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical
