Job Description:
A company is looking for a WFN Payroll/HR Module Standardization
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Standardize client database with multiple entities across Payroll &
HR data
Standardize core components including pay rules, accrual profiles,
paycodes, clocks, and hyperfinds
Standardize demographic data and entitlements related to employee
assignments and advanced scheduler entitlements
Required Qualifications:
Experience with WFN HR & Benefits Module
Project-based consulting experience
Ability to work 10-20 hours per week
Immediate availability for a project lasting 3-4 months, with
potential for extension
Familiarity with CST/EST working hours
