Job Description:

Essential duties include preparing and serving menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety guidelines.

  • Prepare all menu items, including seasonal and special items.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager with inventory management.
  • Conduct quality control checks.
  • Use proper tools and ingredients.
  • Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures.
  • Complete cleaning and food safety checklists.Requirements include:
    • 1 or 3 months of restaurant experience or training.
    • Previous knife-handling experience is beneficial.
    • A flexible schedule is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas.
