We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Associate who is prepared to embrace all sales responsibilities. We offer a great work/life balance and competitive compensation: $19 - $22 per hour. Plus generous commission opportunities for fantastic earning potential.

Responsibilities:
--- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in Burlington, VT
--- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective merchandise sales and fostering repeat business
--- Deliver exceptional customer service to elevate the shopping experience and expand the customer base
--- Inform clients about exclusive customer sales and upcoming merchandise of interest
--- Manage store setup and closing procedures, oversee the office area, and ensure jewelry safety
--- Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal by performing basic maintenance and merchandising tasks

Qualifications:
--- Luxury sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory for this role
--- Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service is vital for success in this position
--- Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently is a key aspect of the job
