Hampshire is now looking for an experienced Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner to join their award-winning healthcare
team.
This regional leading community based clinic offers a variety of
internal medicine services in a friendly convenient setting. This
location specializes in a number of services including family
medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology,
gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide
high-quality mental health care to our diverse patient population
with an inpatient care setting. Daily responsibilities include
clinical assessment, conducts psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses
and develops custom care plans, offers medication management, leads
therapeutic interventions, ensures accurate and complete medical
documentation, and collaborates with other healthcare
professionals.
What's Needed to Succeed:
Advanced degree from an accredited Nursing program APRN
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Proven experience managing complex cases and crisis situations
