  Minimum 3 years experience in ICU; Cerner/Epic preferred. Requirements: BLS and ACLS License: Current MA RN License; No Block Booking;
  
  Facility is not accepting local candidates.
  Active MA license required at time of submissions.
  BILH Coversheet Required
  Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the six months.
  COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
  2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
