*Physical Therapist (PT) Travel/Contract Assignment**Location:* Lancaster, NH*Assignment Length:* 13 Weeks (Local & Traveler are welcome to apply)*Position Details:** *Shift:* 8:00 AM 4:30 PM* *Guaranteed Hours:* 40 hours/week* *Weekly Pay Rate:* Upto $2406.00*Key Responsibilities:** Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.* Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance movement and reduce pain.* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.* Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.* Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.*Requirements:** Valid NH Physical Therapist license required.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.* Experience with a diverse patient population is an advantage.*Local Traveler Notes:** Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility are welcome to apply._*Ready to make a difference?
