  • Job Details
  • Speech therapy is the assessment and treatment of communication problems and speech disorders.
  • Our speech-language pathologists offer direct therapeutic intervention and education in order to provide patients with strategies and resources needed to strengthen their communication.
  • Speech Therapy services include: Adult and pediatric speech therapy, Swallowing evaluation and treatment, Speech and language evaluation and treatment, Cognitive evaluation and retraining, Modified barium swallow, Neurological disorders.
    • Job Requirements
    • 3+ years CURRENT SLP experience
    • Previous travel experience required (at least 6 mos)
    • Master or Doctorate Degree required
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
    • Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.
    • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
    • Work History
    • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
    • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
    • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
      • Schedule Information
      • LOCAL TRAVELERS (21-50 MILES FROM FACILITY) WILL BE CONSIDERED AT A 75$ RATE FOR THIS PART-TIME NEED.
      • Local travelers 0-20 miles from the facility will not be considered.

        • Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
        • Call, Call-back and Charge: Not applicable for this need
        • OT: 1.25% multiplier
