Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join
our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Clinical
Nurse Specialist - Oncology, you will provide high-quality patient
care and work closely with our oncologists, social worker, infusion
team, and scheduling team to coordinate patient care. Key
Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing
plan of care for patients with a cancer diagnosis.Provide telephone
triage of symptoms and patient education.Collaborate with the
healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans.Requirements:1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area
and/or independent in all areas of the Ambulatory RN
accountabilities.Oncology experience is preferred.Oncology
Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is also
preferred.Benefits:$9,000 sign-on bonus offered.
