Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join
our team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. The
successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality
patient care on our Alternative Care Unit, Shep 3 North.
Responsibilities:
--- Provide direct patient care to long-term care patients with a
variety of diagnoses.
--- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and
implement individualized care plans.
--- Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to oversee
LPNs and LNAs on the unit.
Schedule and On-Call Requirements:
--- Sunday 7AM - 7:30PM and Monday 7AM-7:30PM shifts are
required.
--- On-call is not required for this position.
Benefits:
--- $10K RN Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated for part-time roles)
