Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with chronic health conditions. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support to patients in varying states of health and illness.
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Implement and evaluate nursing plans of care, promoting optimal patient outcomes.Requirements: We are looking for a Registered Nurse with over one year of experience and a preference for outpatient triage experience. If you are a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, we encourage you to apply.On-call: Not required.
