Job Description:
Unit Description: As a skilled nurse in our General Surgery
unit, you will be responsible for treating a wide range of surgical
and trauma patients. The length of stay for these patients can
range from 1-7 days, with extended stays due to surgical
complexity. Our General Surgery RNs specialize in treating patients
who have undergone various surgeries, including general surgery,
colorectal, dental, trauma, plastics, and weight loss.
Additionally, you will provide acute care for adult burn patients.
We are part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that is
dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our nurses
through certifications, continued education opportunities, and the
Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP).
On-call: Not required
Incentives: A $20K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for
part-time) is available, in addition to differentials and weekend
pay
