Job Summary:

In our 32-bed surgical telemetry unit at The University of Vermont Health Network, we are seeking an experienced Surgical Nurse to join our team. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients requiring cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and urology services. You will work in our single-patient rooms, caring for a diverse range of surgical and medical services requiring a progressive level of care.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
--- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
--- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
--- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements:
--- Current RN licensure in the state of [State]
