Unit Description:
As a key member of our 32 bed post-operative team, you will care
for a diverse population of orthopedic patients. Our collaborative
unit is comprised of experienced RNs, LNAs, Unit Secretaries,
Nursing students, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Case
Managers, and Medical professionals working together to deliver
exceptional care to patients on Miller 6. Each room is equipped
with state-of-the-art facilities, including ceiling lifts and ample
space for family members and therapy sessions. Our primary focus is
on treating post-surgical patients, including trauma cases, total
hip and knee replacements, hip fractures, and spine patients. We
encourage our nurses to advance professionally through Orthopedic
specific certifications and offer opportunities for growth through
the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP).
On-call: Not required
Incentives: $20,000 RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for
part-time).
