Job Summary: The Staff Nurse II provides professional nursing care to patients in various states of health and illness by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care. This role functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, delivering direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for ongoing care during and after care transitions.Responsibilities:

• Delivers high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provides education and support to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a specific clinical area, varying by unit.
  • Per diem differential - $2.00/hour.
