Job SummaryJackson Nurse Professionals seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a 13-week travel nursing assignment in a Med-Surg / Telemetry setting. This opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med-Surg / Telemetry setting.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements
  • Current state license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 12 months of Med-Surg experience in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on location.
