Job Description:

An established healthcare organization based in northern New Hampshire is now looking for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading community based clinic offers a variety of internal medicine services in a friendly convenient setting. This location specializes in a number of services including family medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
As part of a multidisciplinary care team, the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care in a rural health clinic setting. Daily responsibilities of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner include working with patients of varying age ranges, providing initial assessment and diagnosis, collaborating with physician and nursing staff, educating patients and families, making recommendations and providing discharge planning. This is a full-time Monday-Friday day shift position.
What's Needed to Succeed:


Graduate of an approved APRN or Physician Assistant program
Licensed in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
Prior working experience is a plus!
