This position requires a rotating day/night schedule with 36 hours per week guaranteed. The birthing unit follows a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) model. Nurses are expected to be competent in all areas of the LDRP model. Approximately 1300 deliveries occur annually. There are 21 rooms, a two-bed triage room, and two operating rooms.
