Job Description:
Submission Requirements NOTE MAY START DATE. THIS START DATE IS
FIRM 3 years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience -Required Tele
experience --- Required Basic dysrhythmia test required in profile
Previous travel experience --- Highly Preferred Rural/small
facility experience --- Highly Preferred Traveler must have their
own vehicle for this assignment Profile Requirements: Cover page,
if applicable (not required) Work History License/Certifications
(Nursys, BLS and ACLS, JUNE START - Facility will not pend
license/certs) PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS ASSIGNMENT
WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER PERM PLACEMENT
OR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO ANY NEED
ON MY DESK WHO IS GOING TO REQUEST SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (Block
scheduling, etc). Thank you Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA) State License Requirements New Hampshire Compact Allowed
Additional License Requirements NH or Compact RN license must be
in-hand at submission. Facility will not pend.
