Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Every other weekend/Holidays may be required if needed) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 4 years of current experience required License: State licensure in New Hampshire required Certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - EPIC EMR experience - Clinical office experience - Previous travel experience preferred - Bachelor---s degree (or higher) preferred - Traveler must have their own vehicle - COVID vaccination preferred, but not mandatory - Profiles must include complete work history, relevant skills checklist, a supervisory-signed reference from the past two years, and all certifications Job Description: The cardiology unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional heart health services. Our cardiologists, along with nurses and certified technicians, are committed to ensuring the best cardiovascular care. - Services provided include arterial blood gas testing, stress echo and cardiac stress testing. - Perform echocardiograms and electrocardiograms. - Monitor patients using Holter/cardiac event monitoring systems. - Assist in diagnosis and intervention for coronary artery and valvular disease. - Conduct cardiovascular risk assessments and functional evaluations. - Facilitate lipid screenings and provide cardiac counseling. - Ensure requested time off during the assignment is noted and verified before upload. - Maintain compliance with facility policies regarding residency distance and required documentation. RTO requests after upload will not be approved, with no more than 5 days of RTO accepted (less is preferred).
